Above water line

Below water line

8 – 40 HP – Naturally aspirated Engines
Comes with 38mm, 44mm, 51mm, 57mm inlet and outlet pipes to suit horsepower.
Use with reinforced rubber hose.

Slender Design configuration gives ease of installation when used with diesel and petrol engines in the 400cc to 2000cc range.  Rise of powerflow outlet can be up to 2m.  Ideally suited to above and below waterline installations.

50 – 120 HP – Naturally aspirated Engines
Comes with 64mm, 75mm, 89mm inlet and outlet pipes.
Use with reinforced rubber hose.

Especially developed to suit petrol or diesel engines from 2000cc 4 cylinder to 6300cc
6 cylinder engines:  Ideal for use in below waterline yacht or launch installations.  The cubic capacity of this powerflow enables outlet pipe to rise up to 2m giving full protection from flooding.  Air circulation through the engine is prevented by a slight rise in water level in the powerflow when the engine is stopped.

120 – 700 HP – Turbo, two stroke, naturally aspirated Engines
Made with pipe sizes 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 163mm, 175mm, 200mm.
Physical dimensions vary with pipe size and horsepower.
Use with POWERFLOW Fibreglass exhaust tube.

These models have been developed to suit a wide range of underfloor installations where there is difficulty in obtaining sufficient rise in the exhaust system to prevent water from entering the engine when backing up or being moored stern to wind.
The problem of the turbocharger being turned by airflow through the exhaust system when moored is prevented with a slight increase in water level closing off the powerflow outlet when the engine is stopped.
The low backpressure factor enables use in a variety of high  performance engines.

Although POWERFLOW 2000 exhaust systems are made from hand laid fiberglass, using a heat resistant isothelic resin, all systems must have water mixed with exhaust gases 300mm before powerflow.  Do NOT use as a dry exhaust system.
